Safer Recruitment (Task and Finish)

This sub group is responsible for developing the appropriate processes to support safe recruitment practice across the city.

The group will develop a robust approach to Allegations Management and look at appropriate methods to collect data for sharing with the Board and the DCSF.

The group will develop a strategy for the training of member agencies in safe recruitment strategy in collaboration with the Training sub group and the WSCB Training Coordinator.
